Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped by UPS. Once you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirming your transaction and we will immediately begin the process of getting your tires to you. Tire will ship your order quickly and efficiently. All orders will be shipped the following business day your order requires tires we presently do not stock. If this situation evolves, we will immediately notify you via e-mail of a date on which you can expect your tires to be delivered. All shipping charges are paid for by the customer.

Shipping in the United States
  • All orders ship UPS Ground
  • To see estimated transit times to your area please view our shipping map.
  • Shipping times are for Monday-Friday. There is no weekend delivery and orders received after 3 PM eastern standard time will be processed the following day.
Shipping to Canada
  • All orders ship UPS Standard
  • Unless stated otherwise, shipping charges do not include applicable Taxes, Fees, and Duties.

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to

Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Please call customer service at 1-877-419-9562 to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.
