Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If you are not completely satisfied with your TireSavings.com service or experience please contact us immediately either by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1-877-419-9562.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please e-mail us at email@example.com or by calling 1-877-419-9562 for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new. Please follow the return check list below to ensure that no shipping damage will occur. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. In order to receive credit for returned road hazard coverage orders original certificates must be returned to Tiresavings.com.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
Credit less all freight charges incurred.
Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order.
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS
customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save
all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick
up the damaged merchandise to return to TireSavings.com
Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Please call TireSavings.com customer service to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.
Call Customer Service at 1-877-419-9562 for a Return Authorization
Number. Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship
tires individually. Do not tape together.) Each tire (even when strapped
to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address
and TireSavings.com address. Packing slip with Return Authorization
Number should be taped securely on tire.
Most of the tires on our site fall under the limited warranties from each specific manufacturer. The limited warranties cover workmanship and defects in the tire. For a full detailed summary of the warranty for each specific brand, please visit the manufacturer’s website, which can be accessed from our home page.
Listed below you will find the treadlife warranty/mileage rating provided by the manufacturer’s for individual tires. Since these mileage ratings are set by the manufacturers, please contact the manufacturer’s customer service phone numbers (which are listed on their websites) with any treadlife warranty/mileage issues you may have. Some of the tires on our site will not be found below because some manufacturers do not provide specific mileage ratings for certain tires.
